Pharmacy requests may include prescription photos or medicine details. The OK Ride app may store profile, cart, and order information locally on your device. When available, we may use a push notification token to send order-status notifications.

We use this information to process and fulfill orders, coordinate with the merchant or pharmacy you selected and the rider assigned to the order, provide tracking and status notifications, assist with customer support, and meet legal obligations.

We share relevant order details with the merchant or pharmacy you selected, the rider assigned to your order, and service providers that help us provide hosting, order communication, and push notifications. We may also disclose information where required by law or in response to a lawful request.

Prescription photos and medicine details may contain sensitive health information. We use this information only to review and fulfill your medicine request and to coordinate that request with the selected pharmacy and delivery rider when needed.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or information about the personal information connected to your order. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some information may need to be retained where required for business records or legal obligations.
